In 2025, Casa Páramo implemented Odoo Maintenance as part of a company-wide Odoo deployment, explicitly leveraging Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities while hosting the solution on Odoo.sh. Casa Páramo implemented Odoo Maintenance to move the business from pen and paper and spreadsheet-driven operations to an integrated application landscape supporting manufacturing and commercial workflows.
The deployment bundled Odoo Maintenance with CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Invoicing, Sales, and Quality, creating a single-data model for order-to-cash, procurement, and maintenance operations. Odoo Maintenance was configured to provide an asset register for production equipment, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order management, with spare-part reservation tied directly to the Inventory module and procurement requisitions surfaced into Purchase and Accounting.
Operational coverage centered on the Bogotá manufacturing and distribution site and crossed the functions of production, maintenance, quality, sales, and finance, consolidating previously fragmented billing and inventory records. The Odoo.sh hosted architecture unified transactional flows so that Sales and CRM records drive inventory allocations, Quality inspections feed into maintenance triggers, and Invoicing and Accounting reconcile automatically from operational transactions.
Governance included standardizing workflows and rolling out structured maintenance plans and work order procedures to replace manual logs, while administrative and shop floor users adopted digital forms and scheduled maintenance tasks. Reported outcomes include an exponential leap in efficiency and improved operational control, achieved through the integrated Odoo Maintenance implementation and concurrent use of multiple Odoo modules.
