Electronic employee files were maintained in Spectrum HRIS and synchronized with Viewpoint HR Management, and hard copy records were updated in parallel to document personnel actions and provide information for payroll administration, audits, and employee management. Role based access and standardized personnel action templates were applied to ensure consistent record updates across HR processes. Governance centered on standardized procedures to update both electronic Spectrum HRIS records and physical personnel files, establishing an audit oriented approach for payroll and compliance workflows. Operational coverage included HR, payroll, and benefits teams, and the system supported onboarding and benefits enrollment for five acquisitions in the 2015 calendar year, bringing company headcount from approximately 550 to over 900.
