Epicor Advanced Requisition Management was configured to automate purchase requisitions and approval routing, aligning purchasing controls with the organization’s care focused operating model. Functional configuration emphasized financial management, procurement automation, and operational workflow mapping consistent with Healthcare ERP practice.
The deployment covers Catholic Homes' Australian operations and corporate functions, supporting care delivery teams, finance, procurement and hospitality services across an organization of about 900 employees. Purchasing and requisitioning were called out as primary operational scopes due to the companion Advanced Requisition Management solution.
Governance and rollout followed a project team model, with final cutover activities completed over a weekend and immediate post go live support provided by Precise Business Solutions. The engagement established ongoing support and continued configuration follow up between Catholic Homes and the SI after the system went live.
