Functional coverage included leasing operations, tenant engagement, access control and energy monitoring through submetering, aligning facilities management and tenant services under the Reos Property Management application.
Governance and rollout proceeded from project completion in fall 2020 into a centralized operational model, shifting routine tenant interactions and consumption reporting into the Reos platform. The deployment explicitly delivered centralized operational management and improved tenant services, including enhanced connectivity certification and live consumption visibility.
