In 2020 Cbre Germany deployed Reos Property Management in the Real Estate Property Management category for the Südkreuz Berlin district covering 664 residential units. The engagement established Reos as the digital property management and smart-building infrastructure provider for the project, with the mandate beginning at project completion in fall 2020.
Reos Property Management implementation centralized digital leasing workflows, a tenant app, access control provisioning and remote submetering as core functional modules. The implementation leveraged smart-building infrastructure to enable WiredScore recognized connectivity and to deliver real-time consumption reporting to tenants and operational teams.
Operational scope focused on property management for the Südkreuz Berlin district in Germany and consolidated on-site and remote operational management into a single management layer. Functional coverage included leasing operations, tenant engagement, access control and energy monitoring through submetering, aligning facilities management and tenant services under the Reos Property Management application.
Governance and rollout proceeded from project completion in fall 2020 into a centralized operational model, shifting routine tenant interactions and consumption reporting into the Reos platform. The deployment explicitly delivered centralized operational management and improved tenant services, including enhanced connectivity certification and live consumption visibility.
