The implementation included SAP modules and capabilities such as Materials Management MM, Master Data Governance MDG, a Vendor Portal, and a Service Master Tool, alongside financial accounting and controlling capabilities expected in an ERP Financial landscape. Configuration work focused on centralized master data governance, procure-to-pay automation, chart of accounts design and document posting rules to align transactional processing across subsidiaries. Deployment architecture was arranged as a group-level S/4 HANA instance with regional operational coverage, and the project scoped integration points around the Vendor Portal and MDG driven master data synchronization to maintain consistent vendor and material masters across sites. Operational coverage explicitly spanned finance, procurement, vendor management and service management functions within the CEAT Group. Governance and rollout were organized for a rapid nine month delivery, executed as a record time green field rollout with centralized program governance, cross-functional steering and cutover planning that included data migration and process standardization. The implementation materially centralized master data control and vendor engagement processes while establishing SAP S/4 HANA as the ERP Financial backbone for CEAT Tyres and its group operations.

The platform is the live ATS for CEAT's public hiring flows, integrated with the company careers pages and operated by CEAT's HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
