Fiserv CheckFreePay enforces earliest possible Scheduled Payment Dates per Biller, restricts scheduled dates relative to Due Dates and Business Days, and supports recurring and one time Scheduled Payments. Payment methods explicitly supported include electronic payment, electronic to check, and laser draft payment, and the Service may edit or alter payment data formats to comply with Biller directives.
Operational integrations are explicit and transaction oriented, including direct debits from member Payment Accounts for remittance, automatic debits from a designated Billing Account for Service fees, interactions with Billers for posting and handling, and processing of returned payments from the United States Postal Service or Billers.
