Innovis Legacy Innovis Workforce Analytics HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Central Penn Business Group On Health implemented Innovis as part of a Workforce Analytics initiative, partnering with Innovu to aggregate regional employer claims into a CommunityLens cohort reported at approximately 80k to 100k lives. The engagement centered on regional benchmarking and identification of site of care disparities to inform employer plan design decisions. Module usage is inferred as community and workforce benefits analytics delivered through Innovu's CommunityLens, with configuration focused on cohort construction, claims normalization, benchmarking and site of care disparity analysis to support HR and benefits benchmarking across the region. Innovis is cited as the application supporting the Workforce Analytics capability alongside CommunityLens for cohort analytics. The project aggregated employer claims data from participating regional employers into a cohort level data set to enable cross employer comparisons, cohort benchmarking and identification of utilization patterns by site of care. Operational coverage targeted regional employer groups and their HR and benefits stakeholders, using cohort reporting to surface actionable differences in plan performance across the community. Outputs from Innovis and CommunityLens were used to identify site of care disparities and to drive plan design changes, supporting HR and benefits decision making across the region. The implementation therefore emphasized cohort level analytics and regional benchmarking as the primary mechanisms for altering plan design and employer benefits strategies.
