| Serrala | Legacy | Serrala FinanceSuite | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, CEWE implemented Serrala FinanceSuite to centralize SAP payment processes and to operationalize AP Automation across its finance organization. The Serrala FinanceSuite deployment was positioned to support accounts payable, incoming payment handling and treasury-adjacent payment operations for CEWE in Germany.
The implementation included account statement processing using either the standard statement handling or Serrala-ASM, and processing of incoming payments via the Serrala auto account. Serrala FinanceSuite was configured to run production approval processes, generate payment confirmation mail, and drive reconciliation and posting workflows consistent with AP Automation functional patterns.
Architecturally the solution was integrated directly with CEWE SAP payment processes, exchanging bank statements and payment files with SAP ERP payment modules and routing posting entries into the general ledger. Bank connectivity and enriched statement processing used Serrala-ASM while inbound payment orchestration leveraged the Serrala auto account, preserving application-level control of statement ingestion and payment status.
Operational governance centered on finance and accounts payable, with production approval processes and payment confirmation mail introduced to enforce approval routing and auditability. The rollout emphasized centralized orchestration of payment flows inside SAP, and redefined AP and treasury operational workflows to align with the Serrala FinanceSuite AP Automation capabilities.

| d.vinci HR-Systems | Legacy | d.vinci Applicant Management | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, CEWE implemented d.vinci Applicant Management as its Applicant Tracking System. The deployment is embedded on CEWE’s public careers site, capturing candidate submissions and presenting live job listings through the company careers portal. CEWE d.vinci Applicant Management Applicant Tracking System supports HR and Talent Acquisition functions for the Germany based professional services organization with approximately 4000 employees, centralizing application intake and online vacancy publication.
Configuration emphasized core applicant tracking capabilities common to the category, including job requisition publishing to the web interface, candidate profile creation, staged application status tracking, and configurable hiring workflows. The implementation included automated communication templates and status notifications, interview scheduling support and structured candidate data capture to standardize recruiter handoffs. Role based access and administrative configuration points were used to align recruiter and HR permissions with CEWE’s hiring processes.
Operational coverage focused on recruiting and HR teams via the careers site integration, making d.vinci Applicant Management the primary routing point for external applicants. The system replaced an unspecified prior environment, with the live site acting as the front end for application submission and initial screening. Governance established centralized workflow steps and approval gates within the ATS, standardizing candidate review stages and data fields to support consistent hiring operations across CEWE’s recruiting organization.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 CEWE implemented Microsoft 365 to support Collaboration across its professional services organization and corporate functions. CEWE lists Microsoft 365 on its website as part of its Collaboration tooling, and the deployment is presented as the primary Microsoft collaboration application for internal communications and document workstreams.
The Microsoft 365 implementation leverages core collaboration capabilities typical of the platform, including email and calendaring, enterprise chat and meetings, cloud file storage and synchronization, and intranet and document management services. Functional workflows emphasize document coauthoring, team workspaces, unified communications, and content lifecycle controls that align Collaboration with day to day business processes.
Operational scope targets CEWE's corporate organization and approximately 4000 employees, with centralized tenant configuration, role based access controls, and tenant level policy settings used to standardize collaboration and data governance. Rollout and operationalization follow common patterns for Collaboration deployments, including phased user onboarding, workspace provisioning, selective mailbox and content consolidation where required, and end user adoption programs to align HR, finance, marketing, and product teams to the platform.
Architecturally the deployment is consistent with a cloud first Microsoft 365 tenant model, providing a unified application layer for collaboration and integration points for identity, security, and endpoint management services. Governance emphasis is on centralized policy enforcement and standardized provisioning workflows to maintain compliance and reduce fragmentation of Collaboration across business functions.
