In 2024 Cgt implemented Supertronic OnePosCloud as its Point Of Sale application to centralize transaction processing and payment acceptance across its operations. Supertronic OnePosCloud is deployed to handle core POS functions including transaction processing, payment capture, receipt generation, basic inventory signaling and consolidated point of sale reporting, aligning application configuration with retail and service checkout workflows common to the Point Of Sale category. The Supertronic OnePosCloud deployment emphasizes cloud-hosted POS management and transactional data consolidation for downstream financial and operational reporting.
Agomir implemented a hyperconverged infrastructure and disaster-recovery solution for Cgt in Italy, delivering faster backups, cross-site replication and an RTO target of roughly 15 minutes to strengthen business continuity. The infrastructure work included hyperconverged compute and storage consolidation, centralized backup orchestration and cross-site replication topology to enable rapid failover between sites. Agomir s implementation targets infrastructure resiliency and rapid recovery of critical systems through automated replication and accelerated restore workflows.
Operationally the combination of a cloud-forward Point Of Sale application and an underlying hyperconverged DR architecture establishes a separation between transactional application tier and resilient infrastructure services. The RTO objective and cross-site replication imply defined recovery procedures and failover orchestration to support continuity of transaction processing for business functions such as sales, payments and financial closing. Agomir acted as the systems integrator implementing the infrastructure solution while Supertronic OnePosCloud provides the Point Of Sale application layer for Cgt.

The VOCALIZE Platform implementation was published on June 15, 2023, and was delivered alongside wireless Pick-by-Light hardware to coordinate voice prompts with visual confirmations for distribution use cases.
The implementation centered on voice-directed picking workflows and real-time voice capture for pick confirmations, coupled with Pick-by-Light synchronization to guide operator actions. Configuration emphasized ergonomics and hands-free operation, enabling operators to receive spoken instructions, confirm picks by voice, and receive concurrent light cues, which reduced manual scanning and physical strain.
Integration scope covered the spare-parts distribution process and warehouse floor operations in Italy, with operational coverage across picking stations using the wireless Pick-by-Light network. Governance changes included restructuring pick workflows to a voice-first model and standardizing data capture at the point of pick to improve data quality. The deployment produced faster operator onboarding, higher throughput with the same headcount, and reduced picking errors as reported by the implementer.
