The implementation was delivered with Technology Management as the SI VAR, integrating Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate into a single operational stack. Integrations linked manufacturing and warehouse transactions to finance and service records so that warranty and service events update customer and ledger data in Business Central. Governance emphasized cross functional ownership across production, warehousing, finance and service teams, with process automation used to reduce manual handoffs and enforce consistent warranty and service workflows. Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM enabled Charlton & Jenrick to work smarter, automate more business processes and deliver the right products at the right time more efficiently.
