The program targeted a broad module footprint including Payables, Payments, Receivables, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Cash Management, Advanced Collections and EBTax, with functional leadership assigned to Payables, Payments, Receivables and Collections modules.

Functional designs also covered conversion of customers, vendors, locations and open payables and receivables transactions, AR invoice print and dunning letter print using XML Publisher, and AP custom check printing plus positive pay file print using XML Publisher.
Governance and operational readiness included active user engagement for data cleansing of customers, suppliers and miscellaneous transactions, and ongoing issue management through Oracle SRs and coordination with Oracle Support for bug fixes and resolution. Functional ownership focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections workflows, while HR, payroll and benefits configurations supported payroll and workforce governance within the ERP Financial deployment.
