The three month rollout served Christian Art Gifts headquarters in Bloomingdale Illinois and its 4,000 B2B retail customers, including Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million, while also supporting direct to consumer channels. Integrating ecommerce with Oracle NetSuite ERP replaced disparate data processes and centralized customer, order and pricing data, helping to move B2B transactions from email and phone into ecommerce.
Governance shifted operational workflows to emphasize online account management and enforcement of pricing rules within NetSuite to maintain consistent B2B pricing at checkout.
