Oracle Microsoft Dynamics GP Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Christian Art Gifts launched SuiteCommerce and implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP after a three month implementation that transitioned the company from a custom built website and Microsoft Dynamics GP. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment addressed ERP Financial needs and provided a unified platform to consolidate commerce, order processing and financial workflows. Configuration centered on SuiteCommerce storefront capabilities including mobile optimization, faceted search, responsive design and one page checkout, combined with NetSuite native order management, invoicing, pricing rules and payment handling. The implementation enabled My Account self service so customers can view orders, access invoices and manage payments, aligning front end commerce flows with back end financial controls. The three month rollout served Christian Art Gifts headquarters in Bloomingdale Illinois and its 4,000 B2B retail customers, including Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million, while also supporting direct to consumer channels. Integrating ecommerce with Oracle NetSuite ERP replaced disparate data processes and centralized customer, order and pricing data, helping to move B2B transactions from email and phone into ecommerce. Governance shifted operational workflows to emphasize online account management and enforcement of pricing rules within NetSuite to maintain consistent B2B pricing at checkout. After going live in February 2014 the company reported a five fold increase in overall traffic and online orders, plus improvements in time on site, average order value and page views per session, and elimination of the tedious data management that existed under its previous environment.

Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite Commerce eCommerce eCommerce n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Christian Art Gifts implemented Oracle NetSuite Commerce in a three month project that launched on SuiteCommerce in February 2014. The rollout migrated the retailer's custom built website and Microsoft Dynamics GP Great Plains ERP commerce workflows into a single integrated eCommerce platform, centralizing catalog, pricing and order capture. Oracle NetSuite Commerce was configured with SuiteCommerce front end capabilities including responsive design, mobile optimization, faceted search and one page checkout to support both B2C and B2B shopping experiences. Self service My Account functionality was provisioned to allow customers to view orders, access invoices and manage payments, while pricing rules from NetSuite were surfaced in the storefront to preserve contract pricing for wholesale accounts. Operational coverage included Christian Art Gifts' 4,000 B2B retail customers, which include Barnes & Noble and Books A Million, and the company also targeted direct to consumer channels. The deployment consolidated order management and data flows into NetSuite, reducing manual data handling by eliminating the previous disparate environment and providing a single platform to run commerce and back office workflows.
