In 2018, CHRISTUS Health Plan implemented Conduent Health Solution Plus as its Core Admin Processing System to serve as the plan level claims processing platform for its US operations. Conduent Health Solution Plus is cited by CHRISTUS Health Plan as the Health Solutions Plus claims processing system and this deployment is positioned to centralize adjudication and administrative processing within the health plan.
The implementation configured core functional capabilities typical of a Core Admin Processing System, including rules based claims adjudication, payment and remittance processing, claims editing and integrity controls, provider data management, benefits and plan configuration, and operational reporting. Conduent Health Solution Plus was used to instrument policy and benefit rules, automate adjudication workflows, and manage remittance advice generation across commercial plan offerings.
Operational integration focused on standard administrative interfaces rather than bespoke vendor integrations, with the solution supporting electronic claims and remittance flows and eligibility transaction patterns consistent with health plan operations.
