In 2025, Churchome implemented Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct was provisioned as a cloud native ERP Financial application to strengthen financial stewardship across Churchome, enabling fund based, multi entity accounting for a growing global church community.
The implementation focused on financial core capabilities, configuring fund based accounting, multi entity reporting and consolidation, real time general ledger visibility, accounts payable workflows, expense management, and budgeting controls. Sage Intacct delivered stronger transactional controls and configurable reporting that supports audit readiness and more timely financial conversations across ministry leadership.
Implementation services and system configuration were delivered with Clark Nuber PS as the SI VAR, guiding chart of accounts design, multi entity roll up configuration, and the deployment of guardrails for internal control. Operational coverage centered on the lean centralized finance team supporting a large global ministry, with role based access and approval workflows to streamline routine reviews.
Governance changes emphasized tighter controls and process automation, shortening credit card review from four days to four hours, accelerating audit completion, and enabling more effective budgeting discussions. Churchome used Sage Intacct to provide real time visibility and stewardship reporting, empowering the finance function to support the organization without increasing headcount.
