Dimep Kairos Time was configured to manage clocking data ingestion, attendance rule enforcement, exception handling, and generation of exportable time records for payroll processing. Functional modules implemented included time capture processing, attendance reconciliation, absence and overtime flagging, and reporting to support HR indicators and operational monitoring.
Operational use placed HR analysts as system stewards who processed point data, prepared time records for payroll calculation, and managed transportation voucher issuance and experience contract administration. The Time and Attendance system served as the authoritative source for personnel time data used in selection, training administration, and internal HR reporting in the Sao Paulo site.
Governance was centered in the HR organization with analysts responsible for configuration of attendance rules, monitoring of indicators, conducting user training, and coordinating endomarketing to drive adoption among employees. Dimep Kairos Time remained an HR-operated application used daily for personnel department workflows and payroll preparation.
