In 2025 Ciblex partnered with Zetes and selected ZetesMedea under the Logistics Management category to digitalise and increase the reliability of dock and delivery flows across its network. The programme targets Ciblex’s entire branch and depot footprint, including interoperability with Relais Colis, covering 125 branches and depots, approximately 2,500 daily delivery rounds, and handling around 450,000 parcels per day.
ZetesMedea was deployed as a latest-generation mobile solution to modernise dock operations, introducing real-time visibility, improved label scanning for complex formats, and automated data transfer to streamline dock management processes. The implementation is complemented by ZetesChronos for real-time delivery traceability and an ePod capability embedded in mobile terminals to manage delivery constraints by priority, business hours, and branch location.
The scope includes end-to-end digitalisation of branch and depot activities, delivery workflows, and real-time tracking capabilities, with explicit efforts to create technical and operational interoperability between the Ciblex and Relais Colis networks following their group integration. The initiative emphasises automated process flows and traceability to support multi-sector operations across health, optical, automotive, industry, retail, and sensitive-product deliveries.
Governance and rollout followed an agile approach, with personalised support, change management, and iterative scope evolution based on operational feedback, building on a prior Zetes engagement in Belgium. Deployment remains in progress across the French network and is structured to drive adoption by operational teams.
Initial outcomes reported by Ciblex include strong operational buy-in and positive early feedback on traceability and day-to-day operations, with the ePod and real-time tracking cited as helping to facilitate driver workflows and improve the end-customer delivery experience.
