In 1998, CiCis Pizza implemented Intuit Quickbooks Pro. The deployment used Intuit Quickbooks Pro as an ERP Financial system to centralize complete bookkeeping and profit and loss reporting across the company finance function.

The NCR Voyix Silver POS implementation included integrated back-office capabilities for inventory processing, labor management, scheduling, menu discount management, and reporting analytics, alongside red flag fraud detection workflows. The rollout also established a tightly coupled online ordering integration with the POS to provide a unified in-store and digital ordering transaction flow. Configuration and operational automation focused on synchronized menu and pricing management to enable centralized discounting and analytics.
