In 2019, CIM Group implemented NexusPayables as its AP Automation platform. The deployment moved the firm into a cloud hosted NexusPayables environment and centralized accounts payable processing for Corporate Accounting and Cash Management functions.
Configuration work for NexusPayables focused on invoice capture, automated approval workflows, and electronic payment orchestration aligned to the company's accounting processes. Functional setup included invoice routing and exception handling, supplier remittance processing, and GL mapping to support automated postings consistent with AP Automation best practices.
Integrations were executed using both API and flat file enterprise application interfaces to connect NexusPayables with Yardi and MRI general ledger systems, UKG Pro HRIS for organizational and supplier data, and Active Directory for identity and access controls. The implementation also linked NexusPayables into the firm level cash management and payment orchestration initiatives to support electronic settlements.
Operational coverage included Corporate Accounting, Cash Management, and Operations teams with the Applications organization managing rollout and support. Governance was incorporated through IT General Control policies for Sarbanes Oxley compliance, identity and access management controls, and vendor contract and support management for ongoing operations.

| UKG | Legacy | UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, CIM Group deployed UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as its Core HR platform. Implementation was led by the firm's Application Systems Manager and targeted enterprise HR operations across the organization. The deployment served Human Resources and adjacent functions including Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Business Operations, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A. UKG Pro HCM was positioned as the authoritative HRIS for employee records and onboarding workflows.
The UKG Pro HCM configuration emphasized standard Core HR capabilities, including employee data management, onboarding workflow orchestration, position and job structure, and time and attendance interfaces. Onboarding processes were reengineered within UKG Pro HCM and ServiceNow to automate provisioning and to capture required compliance steps. Identity and access management workstreams were implemented to provision accounts and to synchronize identity state into Active Directory.
Integrations used a mix of API and flat file enterprise application integration patterns to connect UKG Pro HCM to the firm’s general ledger systems Yardi and MRI, and to directory services such as Active Directory. The implementation surface also coordinated with ServiceNow for onboarding ticketing and with other enterprise applications managed by the Applications team, while the Application Systems Manager oversaw cross-application data flows and integration governance. Operational coverage spanned headquarters and regional office application services supporting HR, Accounting, and Operations teams.
Governance for the UKG Pro HCM deployment was instrumented through IT General Control policies to meet Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, and cybersecurity initiatives were aligned with the firm’s Cybersecurity Committee. The Applications organization maintained vendor and contract management for the HRIS, ran application support and training, and managed ongoing configuration and process changes through the Application Development and Support teams. CIM Group UKG Pro HCM Core HR implementation therefore combined HRIS configuration, integration, and control processes under centralized application governance.

| RealPage | Legacy | RealPage YieldStar | Real Estate Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, CIM Group implemented RealPage YieldStar as a central revenue management capability within its Real Estate Property Management toolset for residential assets. The deployment targeted CIM Group residential property teams and was intended to standardize pricing and leasing workflows across properties within defined geographic locations.
RealPage YieldStar was used to operationalize dynamic pricing and unit-level pricing matrices, supporting renewal rate setting, concession approvals, and occupancy-driven pricing adjustments. The implementation emphasized use of a Unit Pricing Matrix for each unit type and required Leasing Associates to update pricing on a weekly or monthly cadence as required, aligning pricing inputs with YieldStar and alternative pricing methodologies referenced by the business.
The RealPage YieldStar deployment was integrated into operational workflows used by General Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Associates, and Regional VPs, and interfaced with existing property and financial systems that CIM staff are familiar with, including Yardi, Entrata, and Nexus Payables for lease and payables context. The system supported lease administration checks such as rent roll accuracy, occupancy status, lease charges, resident name and term verification, and informed monthly rent collection tracking performed by on-site teams.
Governance for the RealPage YieldStar usage included upfront owner approval of an annual pricing matrix, on-site supervisory requirements to enforce pricing and concession rules, and operational SLAs such as executing residential leases within two business days and performing monthly verification of core leasing and financial records. The deployment aligned revenue management with existing property operations, leasing targets, preventive maintenance scheduling, and monthly budgeting and variance review processes used by CIM Group asset teams.
