Epicor Legacy Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution ERP ERP Services and Operations Triactive Media 2020 2020
In 2020, City Floor Supply implemented Epicor Prophet 21, deploying a Distribution ERP to support its small wholesale flooring distribution operations. The engagement centered on bringing core distribution functionality online to support inventory visibility, order processing, purchasing, pricing and customer account management across the business. Epicor Prophet 21 was configured to deliver standard Distribution ERP modules including inventory management, order management, purchasing controls, pricing and customer master workflows, with configuration work sized to a 15 person distribution organization. The implementation emphasized catalog and pricing configuration, order-to-cash workflows, and inventory replenishment capabilities common to distribution ERP deployments. The project included continued integration work into Epicor Prophet 21 with Phoenix providing integration deliverables, combined with Triactive Media acting as the systems integrator. Integration scope focused on operational flows used by sales, warehouse and purchasing teams, and Triactive Media provided implementation expertise and Prophet 21 configuration knowledge to align technical interfaces and process automation with distribution operations. Governance and rollout relied on Triactive Media's intimate knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 to guide configuration decisions, knowledge transfer and operational handover. City Floor Supply leadership characterized the collaboration between Phoenix and Triactive Media as a winning combination, reflecting stakeholder satisfaction with the integration and implementation approach.
