Constellation Software Inc. Legacy CSI Harris IMS Government ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2021 In 2020, City of Okeechobee, FL implemented CSI Harris IMS as its Government ERP. The deployment established CSI Harris IMS as the municipal backbone for administrative and citizen-facing workflows across City Hall and related municipal offices, aligning the application to the Government ERP category and municipal functional requirements. The implementation concentrated on core municipal modules consistent with local government needs, including financial management, business tax receipt processing, building permitting, and code enforcement administration. CSI Harris IMS was configured to support Clerk's office and Finance office workflows, and to manage permit and license lifecycles and code enforcement case tracking, using standard Government ERP transactional and records modules. The solution was deployed into the citys existing IT environment, coexisting with Laserfiche Records Management Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365 Email and Windows 7, 8 Pro and 10 endpoints, and the City Hall network infrastructure. The technical footprint included server-side database services on Microsoft SQL Server and integration points at the infrastructure level to support document capture and storage from local scanners and Laserfiche based records access. Governance and operational scope covered municipal administrative departments with configuration and workflow alignment for Clerk, Finance, Building Permitting, Code Enforcement and Public Works processes. The implementation emphasized application-level configuration to reflect municipal business rules and records workflows while operating within the City of Okeechobee IT environment.
