Operational coverage extends citywide across HR, payroll coordination and fleet access functions, with the Learn module interfacing directly with Google calendar to schedule and track training events. NEOGOV HRIS is used throughout an employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance management and continuing education, providing centralized recordkeeping and workflow orchestration for municipal personnel processes.
Procurement was executed through a cooperative contract with Omnia Partners and an authorized reseller SHI Government Solutions for NEOGOV, establishing an annual contract with renewals under Omnia Partners cooperative agreement #2018-011-02.
