In 2020, City Poké implemented SO Connect Listings to centralize brand and product information across its seven Spanish locations. The deployment used SO Connect Listings as a Listing Management solution to eliminate manual updates across consumer-facing directories and social platforms, establishing a single control plane for location profiles and public-facing content.
The implementation configured a central content repository for brand and product data, location profile management for opening hours and payment methods, and automated distribution workflows to push consistent updates to external services. SO Connect Listings was provisioned to manage both brand-level attributes and location-level variations, supporting standard Listing Management functions such as centralized edits, scheduled synchronization, and consistency enforcement across sites.
Integrations were enabled across 50 plus digital services, explicitly including Google, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Facebook, and Yelp, which allowed City Poké to publish unified information to the major discovery channels used by its millennial customer base. Operational coverage focused on retail store operations and local marketing across all seven locations in Spain, enabling coordinated local SEO and consumer-facing profile management from a centralized application.
Governance moved from manual, ad hoc updates to centralized update workflows and content ownership, reducing the need for per-location manual edits and creating a repeatable process for publishing changes. Since launching SO Connect Listings, City Poké reported increased search visibility and higher customer actions such as directions and website clicks, indicating improved discoverability and intent to visit at physical locations.
