Aptean Legacy American Software System i-Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2013
In 2012 Classic Accessories implemented American Software System i-Suite for Customer Order Processing to centralize financials, inventory and distribution processes across its United States operations. The deployment targeted consolidation of transactional workflows for a 27 employee, three million dollar revenue automotive supplier, aligning order entry, inventory control and financial reporting under a single application. American Software System i-Suite was configured to support core financial management, inventory management, distribution workflows and order processing orchestration, with attention to order-to-cash and inventory replenishment flows. Configuration work emphasized standardized order entry screens, consolidated ledger posting and inventory lot and location controls to support day-to-day processing and reporting. Operational coverage extended to finance, operations, warehouse and sales functions within the United States, bringing transactional visibility into a unified Customer Order Processing environment. The rollout centralized data ownership and standardized order processing procedures so teams across functions accessed the same master records and transactional state. The Aptean and American Software case study documents improvements in order processing and financial reporting following the i-Suite deployment, indicating that American Software System i-Suite became the central system for Customer Order Processing and related financial and distribution operations at Classic Accessories.
