Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Clay Lacy Aviation implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial system to consolidate accounting and client billing workflows. The deployment positioned Microsoft Dynamics GP at the center of financial operations for aircraft owner accounting, budgeting, invoicing and cash management. Configuration work emphasized core financial modules and workflows typical of ERP Financial systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, budget and P&L reporting, and customer invoicing. The implementation included form and template development to produce weekly client financial statements and a configured ACH file generation capability to automate payment file creation and processing within Microsoft Dynamics GP. Operational coverage focused on the companys aircraft accounting and financial planning functions, with Financial Planning & Analysis and accounting staff responsible for client facing reporting and back office recording in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The environment supported weekly multi million dollar ACH transfers for numerous aircraft and individualized segregated accounts, with ACH files generated and recorded inside Microsoft Dynamics GP and transmitted for client account settlements. Governance and workflow changes included establishing a segregated accounting structure for individual aircraft owners, beta testing of ACH file generation within Microsoft Dynamics GP by Financial Planning & Analysis personnel, and standardization of weekly financial statement formats for client communications. The segregated accounting configuration remains in place and is still being promoted internally, reflecting ongoing operational reliance on Microsoft Dynamics GP for Clay Lacy Aviations ERP Financial workflows.

FL3XX Legacy FL3XX Airport Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Clay Lacy Aviation implemented FL3XX and exposed the FL3XX Airport Management application on its public website. The deployment aligns the vendor application with the company website to surface quoting and booking capabilities to customers while centralizing operational workflows for internal teams. The FL3XX implementation focuses on Airport Management functional workflows common to FBO and aviation operations, including scheduling and dispatch, quoting and invoicing, aircraft records and maintenance tracking, crew and flight tracking, and a customer-facing booking and quotes portal. FL3XX was configured to support both customer self-service on the website and internal operational screens for dispatch and FBO service coordination. Operational coverage for the FL3XX Airport Management deployment centers on Clay Lacy Aviation business functions such as operations, sales, customer service, and FBO desk activities across the companys United States operations. The implementation exposes customer booking and quote workflows on the corporate website while maintaining internal task orchestration for ground handling and flight operations. Governance and rollout emphasized standardizing booking and service workflows, establishing role based access controls to separate customer portal functions from internal operations, and phasing functionality to align web exposed features with back office dispatch and billing processes. Documentation and process alignment accompanied the rollout to ensure consistent use of FL3XX for airport management and customer facing booking functions.
