Operational scope concentrated on HR and recruiting teams in India, with the talent acquisition organization adopting Sense Skillate as the primary tool for requisition management and candidate progression. Governance changes included standardizing JD and assessment templates and embedding structured feedback loops, and the vendor case study reports that CleverTap closed 1.6x more positions after adoption while improving recruiter productivity and candidate feedback.
