Operational scope included finance and subscription revenue functions, with the initiative affecting billing, revenue operations, and customer retention processes for U.S. customers. Governance changes included formalizing recovery workflows and reconciliation procedures between the Flexpay Platform and Stripe Billing, and instituting operational reporting on recovered payments. The project produced approximately a 69% improvement over ClinicSense's baseline recovery rate, reducing involuntary churn and materially improving retention and recurring revenue.
