The implementation effort followed an end-to-end Oracle HCM and HRMS support program and included onshore coordination with Hyderabad, INDIA based support analysts working across the companys North American manufacturing and distribution footprint.
Configuration work centered on Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management modules, including creation and configuration of absence types, absence reasons, absence plans and eligibility profiles. The project included Person type and assignment status setup, lookups, and extensive work structure configuration such as grades, jobs, positions, organization hierarchies, employee creation flows and security profiles, and setup of Legal Entity, Legislative Data Group, Business Unit, grade rates, department tree, departments and job family definitions.
Data and integration tasks included development of HCM extracts for Global HR, a Payroll Interface and support for fusion benefits feeds, preparation of HDL data templates for bulk uploads and monitoring of data file loads into Fusion Applications. Reporting and analytics support used SQL queries for BI reports, OTBI report development and report bursting, while the Security Console was used to provision users and create custom roles aligned to HR and payroll workflows.
Program governance and rollout activities documented functional design, produced test scripts, executed unit tests and participated in end user training sessions. Operational support included daily status calls, issue escalation to Oracle Support and ongoing support desk responsibilities to manage HRMS stability and configuration updates.

Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) was configured to support scheduling and dispatch, appointment and ETA management, work order orchestration, and mobile field execution, reflecting common Field Service Management functional modules. Configuration emphasized automated order ingestion, assignment logic and routing considerations, along with a mobile technician interface to capture job status and completion events.
The implementation automated Order flow from the Customer to Clopay Corporation by routing customer-submitted orders into the service queue and generating technician assignments and appointments. Operational coverage aligned customer service intake, dispatch operations and field technician workflows, consolidating order intake and day of service orchestration under a single Field Service Management application.
Governance and workflow restructuring established centralized dispatch controls and standardized the work order lifecycle from order acceptance through appointment completion. The stated outcome was automation of the Order flow from the Customer to Clopay Corporation, with Oracle Field Service Cloud serving as the Field Service Management platform for those processes.
