Reporting and analytics support used SQL queries for BI reports, OTBI report development and report bursting, while the Security Console was used to provision users and create custom roles aligned to HR and payroll workflows. Program governance and rollout activities documented functional design, produced test scripts, executed unit tests and participated in end user training sessions. Operational support included daily status calls, issue escalation to Oracle Support and ongoing support desk responsibilities to manage HRMS stability and configuration updates.

Governance and workflow restructuring established centralized dispatch controls and standardized the work order lifecycle from order acceptance through appointment completion. The stated outcome was automation of the Order flow from the Customer to Clopay Corporation, with Oracle Field Service Cloud serving as the Field Service Management platform for those processes.
