Architecturally the solution was device-centric, running on Clover smart terminals to preserve in-person payment flows and synchronize transactional data to bookkeeping systems. Rollout across North America paired device provisioning for First Data’s Clover merchants with the QuickBooks bookkeeping integration as part of onboarding, aligning transaction capture with merchant reporting workflows. Governance focused on transactional data reconciliation and bookkeeping process automation, with the DreamPay POS and QuickBooks connection forming the core of that operational control model.
