In 2012, Club Central deployed enableHR as its Core HR application to support HR, recruitment, safety, return-to-work and training administration for a 143 employee leisure and hospitality organization in Australia. The implementation placed enableHR at the center of recruiting and HR case management workflows used by the central HR function and operational managers.
enableHR was configured to publish internal and external job advertisements, manage candidate screening and resume culling, drive interviewing and selection workflows, prepare letters of offer and maintain the recruitment register, including reference calling. The system was also configured to support workers compensation and return-to-work case administration, including preparing and transmitting paperwork to insurers, tracking accident investigations, ensuring hazards identified in incident reports were risk managed, and preparing wage reimbursement records.
Operational coverage extended to induction and onboarding workflows, with HR managing new staff inductions, uniform issuance, key and swipe card distribution, and delivery of EAS training and process explanation for all staff. The implementation included administrative integration points with Clubline HRS, TimeTarget and the E3Learning online training system to maintain personnel records, time and attendance context, and training completion data across HR processes.
Governance and process changes centered on maintaining an auditable recruitment register, standardized accident investigation and RTW case management procedures, and centralized administration of the enableHR tenant by the HR team. Club Central’s HR administration responsibilities included ongoing system configuration, staff training on EAS request processes and maintaining consistency between enableHR and the organization’s training and timekeeping systems.
