Implemented workflows included rostering handoffs and payroll preparation checkpoints, automated daily, weekly and monthly compliance checks, structured staff development and one to one review cycles, and formalized WHS and infection control documentation processes.
The enableHR deployment operated alongside Deputy for rostering activities, Litmos for eLearning administration and Dental For Windows for clinical and practice administration, enabling coordinated HR workflows across clinical and administrative functions without asserting specific technical integration architectures. Governance and process changes centered on maintaining an auditable recruitment register, standardized accident investigation and RTW case management procedures, and centralized administration of the enableHR tenant by the HR team. Club Central’s HR administration responsibilities included ongoing system configuration, staff training on EAS request processes and maintaining consistency between enableHR and the organization’s training and timekeeping systems.
