The implementation included MiCloud Connect automatic call distributor configuration and enhanced call reporting, delivering unified voice and collaboration capabilities across customer service workflows.
Partners Communications led the implementation and Partners Technology reported about $5,000 per month in telco cost savings. The solution combined MiCloud Connect voice services with Mitel Teamwork messaging, with configuration work focused on ACD routing, call reporting feeds, and user provisioning workflows for customer-service and admin functions.
Operational scope targeted the companys core service and administration functions, enabling remote work for the majority of staff and aligning contact center routing with persistent team collaboration.
