The implementation focused on configuring core financial management and transaction processing capabilities within SAP ERP ECC 6.0, while preserving order to cash and procurement workflows needed by distribution and operations teams. Integration points explicitly included IBM DB2 as the primary database and SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse for reporting, with the overall infrastructure virtualized to support peak morning and evening demand patterns.
