In 2012 Cogas Groep implemented IFS Ultimo EAM as its Enterprise Asset Management solution, establishing a centralized platform for maintenance and asset oversight across the organization. In 2022 Cogas engaged MaxGrip to optimize Ultimo usage, broaden system adoption, and strengthen integrations with business critical systems, evolving the effort from ad hoc support into a long term advisory and technical partnership.
The implementation expanded beyond initial users in Infra and Media to include the Sustainability team, aligning IFS Ultimo EAM configuration to department specific processes such as smart meter and energy transition project workflows.
