Configuration work emphasized inspection data capture, work order orchestration, and mobile enabled field workflows to align maintenance execution with asset health monitoring. Integrations were delivered to support utility equipment maintenance and inspection data flows, and Microsoft Surface tablets were provisioned for field technicians to capture inspection evidence and asset updates for ingestion into DNV Cascade. Project execution involved architects, infrastructure, change management, IT application support, and vendor coordination to establish connectivity and data handoffs between field devices and the Asset Performance Management system. Governance and operationalization were driven through ServiceNow for tracking project costs, risks, deliverables and overall project health, and by publishing project dashboards and reports for directors and upper management. The program included formal transition plans to hypercare and operations teams to hand off ongoing support and maintenance of DNV Cascade and the Cascade Inspector module.
