Operational integration included maintained interfaces and coordinated use with Reckon GL, Reckon Payroll, Icare CRM and Employment Hero HRM, alongside data exchange processes for Veterans Home Care VHC, Commonwealth Home Support Programmes CHSP, Home Care Package HCP and NDIS reporting. Financial data feeds were combined with analyst tooling, using Excel advanced techniques and Power BI to produce region and service specific dashboard reports for cross-functional teams.
