| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, comScore implemented FIS GETPAID to centralize AR Automation for accounts receivable and collections. The implementation was positioned to support finance and credit operations by automating core collections workflows and improving cash application accuracy.
FIS GETPAID was configured to deliver collections management, cash application and unapplied cash reconciliation, electronic collection notes, and credit file maintenance. The deployment emphasized functionality consistent with AR Automation use cases, including negotiation and tracking of payment plans, contract review checkpoints, and mechanisms to document and escalate unresolved collection issues.
Operational integration included using Softrax invoice data as a source for large volume invoice management while coordinating with project managers to determine required payment dates and resolve open collection items. The solution supported applying cash receipts correctly to customer accounts, reconciling unapplied cash accounts, and maintaining electronic collect notes for each customer account in FIS GETPAID.
Governance and process changes included cross departmental coordination to recommend enhancements to collection processes, a workflow for resolving credit issues, and procedures to maintain compliance with customer contracts. The finance team and collection specialists were instructed to conduct collection calls, maintain accurate credit and collection files, and document collection activity within GetPaid to ensure auditability and consistent dispute resolution.
Stated operational goals for the FIS GETPAID implementation were to minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections. The configuration and process controls were designed to ensure cash receipts are applied correctly, to manage large volumes of invoice and unapplied cash data, and to support negotiated payment plans and contract compliance within comScore accounts receivable operations.

| Skillsoft | Legacy | Skillsoft Percipio Platform | Learning and Development, Skills Intelligence | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, comScore deployed the Skillsoft Percipio Platform to underpin a new manager development initiative branded AMPD, establishing Skillsoft Percipio Platform as the primary learning delivery environment. The deployment explicitly targeted manager capability building, using the Skillsoft Percipio Platform to provide on-demand access to curated learning assets across management and leadership topics.
AMPD was populated with Skillsoft content categories including Business Skills, Management, Leadership, Productivity and Collaboration, and Compliance, organized around 12 core manager competencies. Content configuration emphasized multimodal, microlearning experiences, where each monthly topic was decomposed into daily five-minute sessions to encourage immediate application, and materials were curated into an easy-to-navigate format aligned to individual development plans.
The implementation positioned the Skillsoft Percipio Platform within comScore learning operations to support HR and L&D led manager upskilling, aligning learning delivery to individual development plans and manager cohorts. comScore used the Learning and Development,Skills Intelligence capabilities of the platform to enable just-in-time access so learners could focus quickly on specific skill gaps identified in IDPs.
Governance centered on program design and cadence rather than technical integration, with AMPD structuring monthly thematic releases and daily learning routines to drive behavioral adoption. The rollout narrative emphasizes structural learning design choices, content curation, and the operational linkage between HR, managers, and individual development planning using the Skillsoft Percipio Platform.

In 2017, comScore participated in a proof of concept that deployed the IBM Blockchain Platform as part of an AdLedger consortium project with IBM and Salon to address over-the-top video campaign reconciliation, fraud reduction, real-time metrics, and faster payment. The engagement used the Blockchain Platform to create a shared, immutable system of record for campaign delivery and impression events, positioning comScore as a measurement partner within the consortium network.
The IBM Blockchain Platform implementation was built on Hyperledger Fabric, leveraging smart contracts to encode contractual conditions and impression-level events. Configuration focused on consensus-driven write and access controls, real-time transaction recording, and auditable reconciliation workflows, with functional capabilities oriented around shared ledger state, transaction endorsement policies, and immutable event logging.
Operational coverage targeted advertiser and publisher reconciliation workflows across the advertising supply chain, combining disparate campaign delivery and measurement data into a single system of record for reconciliation and payment triggers. comScore contributed audience measurement expertise to validate metrics and support campaign delivery KPIs, while AdLedger membership provided the consortium governance model for participant onboarding and data sharing rules.
Governance emphasized consortium-level consensus processes, validation rules, and smart contract enforcement of payment terms and reconciliation triggers. The project explicitly aimed to deliver greater transparency, improved reconciliation accuracy, reduced fraud exposure, and more efficient payment settlement by using the IBM Blockchain Platform as the technical foundation for these workflow and governance changes.
