Bookly supports administrative scheduling workflows and an internal console for staff to view, confirm, and manage bookings, aligning with standard Reservation and Booking Management functional patterns.
Integration scope is limited to the company website where Bookly is embedded as the customer entry point, with administrative access used by service and branch staff. Governance was implemented through role based administrative controls and centralized schedule configuration, reorganizing appointment handling into a single web based booking flow managed by operations and customer service teams.
