The implementation also included downloading, importing and migrating third party discharge instructions from Elsevier and maintained backup support for Stork and Care Everywhere applications.
Operational scope covered three hospitals initially with continued maintenance and build work for a fourth hospital realized during a later acquisition in 2021, and support responsibilities expanded during the COVID response when a single ASAP analyst maintained three hospitals and completed the fourth hospital build. Governance adhered to organization standards for system configuration and change control, incidents were managed through the Service Pro ticketing system, and stakeholder communication and collaboration with service lines guided design, testing and corrective configuration decisions.
