Functional data flows tied maintenance work orders and defect records into inventory and purchasing actions, aligning operational records with the CSI Friedman Frontier ERP Financial ledger and operational registers. Governance changes focused on embedding structured workflows into daily operations, instituting approval gates for helpdesk requests, lifecycle tracking for defects, and scheduled preventive maintenance processes. Process restructuring centralized work order and ticket handling inside CSI Friedman Frontier, creating auditable workflows and a single operational record set for maintenance, procurement and support teams.
