Pronto Software Legacy Pronto XI Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Consolidated Minerals Australia implemented Pronto XI Payroll to support Payroll operations for its mining workforce. The deployment targeted payroll processing for more than 500 employees at the Marble Bar operation, accommodating both timesheet based and salaried populations and supporting fortnightly and four weekly pay cycles. Configuration work centered on core Pronto XI Payroll functionality, including tax and statutory computation for Australian income tax, fringe benefits tax calculation, payroll tax, Single Touch Payroll reporting, child support maintenance, workers compensation processing, long service leave computation and reconciliation. The implementation included design and automation of data intelligence extracts and import routines into Pronto XI Payroll, alongside spreadsheet based validation workflows used to cross validate rostering data prior to payroll ingestion. Integrations were a critical element of the deployment, explicitly linking the INX In Flight Rostering and Attendance System to the Pronto Financial and Payroll System through scheduled data extract and import workflows. Operational coverage spanned payroll, HR and finance functions, with on site payroll processing in Perth and at the Marble Bar mine site, and handoffs between operational timekeeping and central payroll processing. Governance and operationalization included supervision of two payroll assistants, creation of handover documentation to ensure continuity of payroll processing, and automation efforts to ensure processing accuracy. The team completed end of year Single Touch Payroll finalization successfully, and established routines for ongoing reconciliation and compliance reporting using Pronto XI Payroll.
