| DXC Technology | Legacy | DXC Eclipse DAXEAM | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2013 | 2013 | In 2013, Consorcio Minero Horizonte implemented DXC Eclipse DAXEAM as the site maintenance application. The DXC Eclipse DAXEAM implementation was delivered by DXC Technology under the AX CMH Project and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, documented as an Enterprise Asset Management deployment to manage equipment maintenance and related business processes. The implementation focused on establishing a centralized equipment register and master data set, capturing technical specifications and materials for both underground and surface assets. Teams prepared work order templates and hierarchical maintenance plans by equipment family and by maintenance level, configuring preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance workflows inside DXC Eclipse DAXEAM to automate routine scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks. Operational coverage included mine interior and surface equipment and the concentrator plant, with asset classes such as submersible pumps, electric compressors, winches, locomotives and fans explicitly inventoried and modeled. The project tied maintenance planning into procurement and logistics workflows, enabling maintenance planners to schedule and control continuity of work while coordinating material supply, lubricants, filters and third party services with purchasing and logistics functions. Governance and rollout activity emphasized master data collection, standardization of work order templates, and loading of materials and maintenance plans into the new system, with specific master data and planning work carried out between March and August 2013. The program was positioned to automate accounting, finance, commercial, logistics, maintenance and production processes and to increase operational efficiency while lowering equipment maintenance costs as stated in project scope. |
