Integrations were explicitly built to connect cloud and observability services and data stores, including Azure Active Directory, Amazon Simple Storage Service Amazon S3, Datadog, Eventbridge, Jira, Postgres DB, and Snowflake, while also integrating a specialist pricing engine and claims inputs to replace month-end spreadsheet-based review processes. The deployment used a SaaS iPaaS model with an embedded API gateway to expose services to distribution partners and internal underwriting and claims teams, aligning with the API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) category and enabling real-time exchanges of policy and claims data. NeosAlpha Technologies served as the systems integrator after a proof of concept evaluation, and governance emphasized rapid API development, centralized integration orchestration, and controlled exposure of endpoints to external partners.
