Governance changes included standardized equipment classification, centralized spare parts policy and the introduction of preventive scheduling routines to align maintenance and planning processes across business units. Operational coverage included multiple processing units and the company vehicle fleet, and the implementation impacted plant maintenance, inventory management and reliability engineering functions. Copag Morocco reported measurable improvements in spare parts management, preventive scheduling and overall maintenance productivity following the DIMO Maint implementation.
