In 2022, Copag Morocco deployed DIMO Maint to centralize maintenance operations across its multiple processing units and vehicle fleet. The deployment used DIMO Maint as a Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) platform to codify and manage tens of thousands of equipment items and to unify maintenance planning across sites.
Configuration emphasized preventive planning, spare parts optimisation and FMECA analyses, with core CMMS capabilities implemented for work order scheduling, asset register management and preventive scheduling. DIMO Maint was configured to support equipment codification, failure mode and effects criticality workflows and structured preventive maintenance planning consistent with standard Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) functional patterns.
The rollout was executed unit by unit, starting with the Dairy unit, allowing phased adoption and local process stabilization prior to broader site rollouts. Governance changes included standardized equipment classification, centralized spare parts policy and the introduction of preventive scheduling routines to align maintenance and planning processes across business units.
Operational coverage included multiple processing units and the company vehicle fleet, and the implementation impacted plant maintenance, inventory management and reliability engineering functions.
