In 2014, Country Club Tasmania implemented PageUp ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruitment and candidate lifecycle management across the resort operations in Prospect Vale, Tasmania. PageUp ATS was positioned to support talent acquisition workflows for HR, supervisors, managers, and executives, and to surface vacancy listings through the Country Club Careers web presence.
The deployment focused on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including requisition and vacancy management, candidate tracking, staged onboarding and induction workflows, interview scheduling and automated candidate communications. Configuration work emphasized staged onboarding to ensure the right stakeholders delivered role-specific induction content, and the system was used to simplify end user processes for recruiters and hiring managers.
Integrations aligned with existing HR tooling were implemented, with PageUp ATS linked to the public careers site at www.countryclubtasmania.com.au/careers to publish roles and capture applications. The implementation environment referenced concurrent use of Frontiers Chris21 for payroll and for Learning and Development modules, enabling operational handoffs between recruitment, payroll enrollment, and L&D scheduling.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, driven by HR consultancy activity between 2014 and 2016 that reviewed onboarding, exits and training catalogs with goals to simplify processes and reduce labour costs while maintaining effective learning outcomes. The program rebalanced onboarding delivery toward staged, peer and practical learning, and centralized recruitment administration through PageUp ATS to streamline talent acquisition across the business.
