The rollout targeted employee-facing service workflows to enable staff to raise and track tickets, find quick resolutions, and reduce routine support interactions so support reps could concentrate on higher value cases. Governance and outcomes were defined as part of the program, with cost and compliance benefits documented. The implementation delivered an estimated return of over £450,000 for asset management in year one and an estimated £810,000 cost avoidance in compliance in year one, while improving employee self-service capabilities through the ServiceNow Asset Management platform.

The Coeo case study reports that the APS implementation reduced month end cube processing from approximately 24 hours to about 4 to 5 hours, and shortened report runtimes from 10 to 30 minutes to 1 to 2 minutes. Microsoft Analytics Platform System APS became the production Data Warehouse for Covea Insurance United Kingdom's UK insurance and finance reporting and master data services.
