| Jobvite | Legacy | Jobvite Interview Scheduling | Interview Scheduling | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Covia implemented Jobvite Interview Scheduling as part of a broader deployment of the Jobvite Talent Acquisition Suite to modernize recruiting and address high candidate drop off from a paper intensive intake process. The deployment targeted Covia's multisite senior living and community services operations that deliver 24/7 care, with a focus on scaling clinical hiring amid regulatory-driven increases in hiring activity.
The implementation configured core capabilities including the Jobvite Applicant Tracking workflow, Jobvite Interview Scheduling, recruitment marketing and automated job distribution, and a new mobile optimized careers site. Interview Scheduling was used to compress scheduling tasks into minutes, recruiters routed resumes and reviewed candidates in real time on a single dashboard, and the suite automated routine recruiting tasks so the talent acquisition team could focus on sourcing and screening higher quality candidates.
Integration work included a direct HRIS integration with ADP and automated distribution to external job boards including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster, all called out in the deployment. The ADP integration eliminated manual new hire data entry, reduced errors, and freed approximately 600 hours per year of administrative work, while the careers site and distribution channels expanded candidate reach and application volume.
Governance and process changes centralized hiring workflows and introduced Jobvite's EVOLVE Talent Acquisition Framework to move the team to a more proactive, automated level of maturity. Recruiting governance shifted to coordinated dashboard driven routing and approval steps, shortening processes that previously took weeks into minutes and elevating the talent acquisition function within Covia.
Results reported by Covia were explicit, Jobvite automated 90 percent of the hiring process, applicant volume grew 33 percent year over year in the first year and 24 percent in the second year, and Covia hired 300 people in the most recent year reported. The Jobvite Interview Scheduling implementation, alongside the broader Jobvite Talent Acquisition Suite, was described as materially improving efficiency, candidate communication, and onboarding data quality.

| Contentsquare | Legacy | Hotjar | Customer Experience | CRM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Covia implemented Hotjar on its public website. Hotjar is deployed as a Customer Experience application to capture qualitative web behavior signals including session recordings, heatmaps, and on-page feedback. The implementation focuses on the covia.org domain and centralizes web UX instrumentation for digital engagement.
Deployment uses a client-side analytics snippet to collect user behavior data and configure session sampling, heatmap scopes, and feedback widgets. Functional capabilities implemented include session replay, heatmaps, conversion funnel visualization, and feedback polls, aligned with standard Customer Experience workflows for behavioral analysis and qualitative testing. Hotjar recordings are configured to limit sensitive data capture and to align with privacy controls.
Operational ownership is defined for site analytics, digital marketing, and UX teams who use Hotjar output to surface friction points and guide content adjustments. Governance includes consent management and data retention settings to manage user privacy and compliance on the website, and rollout was scoped to the single public site rather than across other digital properties. The relationship is clear, Covia Hotjar Customer Experience supports web analytics and qualitative UX research for the organization.
