Governance and process changes centered on role based access and subsidiary level controls to support 175 active users across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service teams. Incentive Compensation was configured to align sales payouts to system transactions, and Fixed assets Management was instituted for capital accounting, while SuiteAnalytics Connect enabled centralized analytics and operational reporting for cross‑subsidiary financial oversight.
