In 2010, CQS entered an administration services agreement with Citco Fund Services Guernsey and implemented Citco Portfolio Analytics to support fund administration responsibilities. The administrator appointment dated 10 November 2010 assigned Citco to handle NAV calculation, accounting and investor reporting in Guernsey, and Citco Portfolio Analytics was used as the portfolio and reporting platform for Portfolio and Investment Performance and Planning functions.
The implementation of Citco Portfolio Analytics focused on performance attribution, risk analytics, and investor reporting capabilities consistent with Portfolio and Investment Performance and Planning applications. Functional modules and workflows centered on performance measurement and attribution, risk exposure analysis, consolidated investor reporting, and alignment with NAV and fund accounting inputs to produce reconciled reporting outputs for the fund.
Deployment was operated under Citco Fund Services Guernsey as the administrator, with the platform embedded into the administrator-side NAV calculation and accounting workflows in Guernsey. Operational coverage included fund operations, accounting and investor relations for CQS Diversified Fund Limited, with data flows routed through Citco Portfolio Analytics to generate investor statements and attribution reports used by portfolio teams and client servicing.
Governance was formalized through the administrator appointment, establishing centralized valuation and report distribution controls managed by Citco Fund Services Guernsey. Process changes emphasized structured reconciliation between NAV calculation and performance attribution outputs, role based approvals for report publication, and standardized investor reporting templates delivered from Citco Portfolio Analytics.
