Deployment supported talent acquisition and HR teams operating across Seattle WA, Burbank CA, and Elyria OH, and covered hiring for technical and production roles including engineers, technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff.
Governance and process changes included intake meetings with hiring managers to capture requisition details and candidate expectations, weekly status reviews with the executive value stream manager, and coordinated handoffs between recruiters and onboarding coordinators. Sterling Background Check was embedded into the established requisition to offer to onboarding lifecycle, with recruiters managing candidate communications and scheduling via Outlook, Webex and Microsoft Teams while using Sterling Background Check to complete prehire screening steps.
