These integrations supported cross functional processes across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales, with the IT Business Applications team providing day to day transaction support and issue resolution. Governance and application development followed formal guidelines established by the IT Steering Committee and the Manager of Information Technology. The IT Business Applications team provided technical leadership, development and maintenance work, and end user support to ensure business applications including Infor Adage did not become technically obsolete, while coordinating software development activities and enhancements in line with committee approved standards.
